SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our orders within 3-4 working days after an order is received. Orders will be sent with ACS Courier to your address or to your local ACS Pick-up point and you will receive a confirmation email once your order leaves us.
- FREE delivery for all orders to ACS pick up points.
- There is a standard shipping cost of €3 for home delivery via ACS Courier within 1-3 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We take all the necessary measures to ensure your order is protected during delivery but sometimes damages occur. Contact us at info@sensuscandles.com for assistance with the return procedure and we will replace or refund products that are damaged during delivery (Please see FAQs for the exact procedure). Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange used items.
