All Sensus candles are made from 100% soy wax
What is your processing time on orders?

Once the order is received, it takes approximately 3-4 days to process. We strive to get orders shipped as quickly as possible! Orders are shipped everyday!
Do you ship internationally?

No! We currently ship only within Cyprus. We are working hard in order to add more locations in the future! Please note that you will receive the most affordable shipping rate at checkout. *Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
My parcel was damaged, what shall I do?

If you have just got your candles and something has been damaged during transit please email us at info@sensuscandles.com as soon as possible. Please include details of your delivery, what's damaged and a photo if possible and we will promptly arrange replacements or a refund. We ask that all damages are reported within the first 2 days.
My address is incorrect on my order! What should I do?

If you realise that your address is incorrect after ordering, please contact us immediately at info@sensuscandles.com so we can take care of the change before shipping your order!
Can my order be sent as a gift?

Of course! You have the option to choose for the candles to be delivered as a gift when you order by adding it before checking out. We can also include a personalised note if needed.
