MEET SENSUS
People often say that the sense of smell conjures up memories so well, that they feel as if they were experiencing the event all over again. When I was in university my thesis was based on senses and how stimulating them can elevate the mood, and enchase wellbeing. Through this research I discovered that the sense of smell is consider to be associated with the memory centre of the brain, that is because smells are also imprinted in our memory and have the power to activate its capacity. I always liked the places that smelled nice, and throughout my life I tied whole scenes of the past to certain smells. I always wanted to try to capture my memories in a candle scent , that is the reason i created sensus candles to invoke emotions and awaken senses, feelings and memories!
